The Practical Christian is a site that supports the way of life laid out in the Holy Bible, which we believe is the inspired Word of God; as such, there will be heavy reference to the Holy Bible, Jesus Christ, and the Christian faith.

The Holy Bible is the primary source of moral standard upon which we at The Practical Christian stand.  Its statutes, laws, wisdom, and teachings are what are portrayed on this website.

Bible-based sermons, teachings, parables, thoughts, and the like will be present on this blog whether in text, audio, or video format.

Behavioral Science
Those at The Practical Christian understand that modern psychological research has discovered multiple facets of human behavior, all influenced by an individual’s immediate environment, prior history of learning, and genetic makeup.

We believe that operant conditioning greatly influences an individual’s behavior; therefore, exposure to different environmental stimuli affects individual behavior either permanently, semi-permanently, or temporarily.
